The instant capture tool can be used on the desktop versions of Distill to quickly note something down or capture your screen at the tap of a keyboard shortcut.
Enable the instant capture global shortcut in Settings > Shortcuts. The default shortcut is Command/Ctrl + D, but you can modify it to any key you prefer.
You will need to close and re-open Distill after you provide screen recording permissions or update the global shortcut for changes to apply.
